All these aspects are critical to the success of the operation, and any one of these could influence the customer and public's view of the driver and of the company.
The topic explores aspects such as road law and the highway code, conflict on and off the road, perceptions of duties of workers and the impact of social media. It is a very thought provoking CPC!
Economical driving explores the many factors that affect how economical the operation is - including driver attitude, vehicle condition, road conditions, the type of driving, weather and assisted technologies. It also explores the evolution of vehicle design and how to make the most of it.
